A custom ecommerce and branding build
Everything Just For You already had a likeable product and a warm brand personality. The issue was the storefront path. Shoppers had to work too hard to understand the offer, move between collections, and feel confident they were in the right place, which meant the store needed sharper ecommerce web design and more cohesive brand design.
Discover
Discovery started by looking at the store the way a first-time buyer would. Where does the homepage point people? How quickly can they understand what kind of products sit behind the brand? Where does mobile browsing start to feel cluttered or uncertain?
Those questions made the priority clear. The store did not need more decoration. It needed stronger ecommerce web design, a cleaner page structure, and more deliberate brand design carried through the experience from collection view to checkout.
The Client Need
The client needed an ecommerce site that could feel more polished without losing warmth. The brand had personality, but the site had to convert that personality into a clearer shopping experience, especially for people landing cold from mobile traffic.
Beyond the immediate front-end clean-up, the catalogue needed better structure so growth would not turn into chaos. That meant a setup that could support more products, more collections, and more SEO depth without the store getting harder to navigate every time something new was added.
Design Process
We kept the brand feeling soft and approachable, but tightened the hierarchy everywhere. The homepage blocks were rebalanced, key messaging became easier to scan, and the visual system was pushed toward consistency so the store felt more intentional from page to page.
The design process also focused on buying confidence. Product groupings, button treatment, content spacing, and merchandising cues were all simplified so the path from interest to action felt smoother instead of scattered. For Bisa, that meant a store that felt less improvised and more deliberate, with clearer category logic, better product flow, and a stronger brand system behind the shopping experience.
Development
Development centred on the pages that do the real work: core landing pages, collection layouts, and product templates. We organised the store around a clearer structure so traffic had fewer dead ends and the business had more control over how people moved through the catalogue. That included Stripe integration, cleaner ecommerce logic, and a setup that made the buying path feel more straightforward from product view through checkout.
We also built in a stronger organic growth base. A six-month SEO strategy was mapped around the reworked page structure so future category expansion and search targeting could grow from the new build instead of fighting it. The SEO layer was planned into the store structure itself, so growth, merchandising, and search were supporting the same commercial logic instead of pulling in different directions.
Outcome
The finished site felt far more cohesive. Brand direction carried through the visible journey, product and collection pages became easier to expand, and the purchase path stopped asking visitors to interpret the store for themselves.
Most importantly, the project created the right growth base. With clearer ecommerce structure in place, the store was better positioned for sharper campaigns, better reader flow, and the kind of revenue lift that only happens when the front-end experience finally stops getting in its own way.
