Scope
Every project is delivered against the scope agreed in writing before work starts. Anything outside that scope can be quoted separately or added as a variation.
Payments
Deposits and staged payments are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice. Final files, website launches, domain transfers, and account handovers may be held until invoices are paid in full.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed brief are included where stated. New directions, extra pages, major content rewrites, or functionality changes may be billed separately.
Content and approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, access, and feedback in a timely way. Delays in content or approvals can shift timelines.
Hosting and support
Hosting, maintenance, SEO, Google Ads, and other ongoing services continue on the agreed monthly terms until cancelled with reasonable notice. Third-party platform costs are billed separately unless clearly included.
Liability
We work carefully, but we are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, outages, plugin conflicts, hacked accounts, delayed client responses, or changes made outside our control.
Ownership
Once project invoices are paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables unless a third-party licence, font, stock asset, or platform term says otherwise.
